Where can I license my PocketQube?
We thought it would be useful for new builders to have some visibility into which countries have previously licensed PocketQubes which have flown to Orbit. We would often suggest if you are in a country where this has happened that you reach out to the teams to understand the process. While they are obviously international processes which have to be followed (ITU and if amateur IARU), but we’ve found every country to have a unique process and often add additional requirements such as TPL insurance.
Maybe something worse than a country with an unfavourable process is a country with no process at all. This a big challenge for new teams in new countries who have maybe never flown a satellite before.
As of 2026, PocketQubes licensed successfully (Green), Unsuccessfully (Red) Never attempted (White)
