Proposal Writer

We are looking for a PROPOSAL WRITER to join our team to lead our efforts in researching and securing grant and other contract opportunities. This will initially be a 6 month contract to write submissions for grant and contract proposals but could lead to a permanent contract.

This role will encompass working with the Engineering and Finance Departments who will provide details needed to write meaningful and compelling proposals. You would be responsible for creating, submitting and managing the proposals.

This role would suit a graduate in technical writing, or related field, or qualified by experience. Exceptional organisational and writing skills required.

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term 6-month contract

Work Location: In person (Hillington, Scotland)

Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Experience:

  • MS office word and excel skills required

  • German language skills is a plus.

  • Experience capturing funding from ESA, DoD, MoD, Innovate UK, Scottish Enterprise, UKSA, and/or UKDI is a plus.
